Buzar Child Safety Policy

Buzar maintains a zero-tolerance policy and strictly prohibits any abuse, exploitation, or sexualization involving children.

Any user who violates this policy or fails to uphold the obligation to protect minors (under the age of 18) will face account suspension and legal consequences.

Any attempt to bypass the platform’s age verification or misrepresent one’s age will result in account termination.

1. Applicability and Age Requirements

1.1 Minimum Age:

Users must be at least 18 years old to use Buzar.

1.2 Prohibited Behaviors:

Falsifying age to register or use the platform.

Registering or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

1.3 Detection Mechanism:

Buzar uses automated technologies and human review to detect minor-related activities and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).

Any attempt to evade detection is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

2.1 Sexualization of Minors / CSAM

Creating, distributing, or sharing content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse.

Content that sexualizes minors, including but not limited to:

Discussions of a sexual nature,

Fictional sexualized scenarios,

Suggestive clothing.

Depicting nude or sexualized images of minors, including but not limited to artistic creations (such as sketches, illustrations, animations, etc.).

2.2 Harm and Danger to Minors

Threatening, inciting, or engaging in physical harm against minors.

Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.

Depicting or encouraging minors to engage in dangerous activities.

Promoting or portraying neglect, abandonment, or trafficking of minors.

2.3 Content Restrictions

Minors must not appear in any videos, images, text, or other platform content.

3. Account and User Restrictions

3.1 Banned Users

Anyone confirmed to have committed crimes against children (sexual abuse, physical harm, neglect, trafficking, etc.) is permanently banned from using Buzar.

3.2 Enforcement Measures

Any violation involving minors will result in immediate account suspension.

Depending on the severity of the violation, Buzar will cooperate with law enforcement for investigation.

4. Reporting and Feedback

4.1 Reporting Channels

Users can report violations via the in-app reporting feature or by emailing 📧 joysa2tian247@gmail.com.

4.2 Mandatory Reporting

In cases involving child abuse, Buzar will report to:

United States: National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)

Other Regions: Appropriate regulatory authorities or international hotlines.

5. User Education

The Child Safety Policy is displayed within the platform.

Prompts and reminders are provided during content creation and publishing.
